Our other tours on the beach (Pea Island to Pine Island) have also experienced little effects from the fire depending on the direction of the wind. If you have any questions on the fire and how it may influence your tour, give me a call or email, but I think you will find the air quality on the tours to be fine.

Some good weather at last. Took out a small group kayaking yesterday to the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge. It was an awesome day for the first tour of the new season. Saw one alligator and a bald eagle. We had to climb over a few downed trees which added a little excitement to the tour. The winter was long, cold, rainy and windy, thus the fallen trees we had to work around.

Can’t wait to get on the water again. Joe
